Course contents :  To decipher, translate and comment on the text of several Greek and Latin literary papyri.
Course objective :  The course demonstrates the contribution of Greek and Latin literary papyri and their importance in the knowledge of ancient literatures and their cultural context during a period of more than a thousand years.
Prerequisites :  Knowledge of the Greek and Latin languages.
Workshops :  To prepare the presentation, translation and commentary of a Greek or Latin literary papyrus.

Written notes :  Photograph and text of the papyri studied on each course + e-learning (WebCT).
Assessment :  Oral examination in June.
