Course contents :  - Physiological basis of tree development and coordinated growth.
- Tree architecture : spatial and temporal localization of primary and secondary growth , as influencing tree morphology and crown structure.
- Impact of cultural practices on the tree development, and conditions of their uses.
- Principles of fruit arboriculture and ornamental arboriculture
Course objective :  Principles of tree management and cultural practices in fruit arboriculture and ornamental arboriculture.
After completing the course the student is expected to
- To apprehend the fundamentals of tree structure management in fruit and ornamental arboriculture
- To discuss the environmental and technical conditions of orchard implementation
- To argument the specific techniques of management in fruit and ornamental arboriculture
Prerequisites :  Botany, basic plant physiology, basic ecology, principles of ecophysiology
