Course contents :  This course is a broad survey of the main aspects of Belgian diplomatic history (evolution of international status, alliances vs. neutrality, Congo affairs, influence of individual actors).
Course objective :  To provide a better understanding of Belgium's position in foreign relations through a study in deep of chosen cases.
