Course contents :  The course will address the following themes:
- Project design and change;
- The meta-rules of organisational project management (structure, piloting, monitoring, verification, incorporating flexibility, memorisation, "mothering", etc);
- The contextual factors of project management (management systems, operational process management, skills management, psychosocial dynamics);
- Project management applied to psycho-social risks; basic methodologies;
- The roles and position of participants;
Course objective :  The course follows five basic objectives:
- To understand the theoretical and methodological framework of organisational psycho-social project management;
- To structure a project and intervention techniques; to begin personal reflection on how emergencies are represented and the role of the adviser in psycho-social project management;
- share personal experiences of intervention; develop a critical approach to project management.

Written notes :  The course is based on a paper copy of the slides used during the course. Additional information may take the form of articles or chapters from books provided, depending upon student requirements.
Assessment :  Assessment will take the form of a piece of written group work, which will be defended orally on the subject of a case provided either by the lecturer or the students. Assessment methods will be discussed with students in relation to their workload.
