Course contents :  Internet and other digital media have transformed the way we conduct business nowadays. The key question is not whether to deploy (Internet) technologies but how to deploy it.
Topics to be covered include: - Introduction to eCommerce and eBusiness - E-business strategies and models - E-business tools - Modern Supply Chain Management - eMarketing and customer relationship management - Technologies, tools and platforms: state of the art, perspective and opportunities
Course objective :  The main goals of this course are to show how traditional business processes have been impacted by the information technologies and what are the new models and opportunities.
Organization :  The course is organised as follows: - Lectures and readings, - Case studies, - Real cases presented by firms. - Demonstrations and exercices on computer
