| Course contents : | The methodology of this class is based on a triple approach:
1. Theoretical approach covering the principles of the Operations Management in the industry field (Manufacturing and Supply Chain).
2. References to today situations.
3. Exercises to be realized individually or by small groups.

| Course objective : | This program introduces many managerial aspects of the industrial operations. It includes generalities on Operations (Functions, Products, Risks, Strategy, Master plan, Planning, Layout, Corporate Social Responsibility, Maintenance, Safety, Supply Chain, Commercial transactions, Purchase, Inventory, Packaging, Transport, Distributics, e-Logistics, Biologistics, ...) |

| Organization : | 4 presencial sessions of 4 hours |
