Course contents :  The methodology of this class is based on a triple approach:
1. Theoretical approach covering the principles of the Operations Management in the industry field (Manufacturing and Supply Chain).
2. References to today situations.
3. Exercises to be realized individually or by small groups.
The lectures are in english.
Course objective :  This program introduces many managerial aspects of the industrial operations. It includes generalities on Operations (Functions, Products, Risks, Strategy, Master plan, Planning, Layout, Corporate Social Responsibility, Maintenance, Safety, Supply Chain, Commercial transactions, Purchase, Inventory, Packaging, Transport, Distributics, e-Logistics, Biologistics, ...)
Prerequisites :  An average english knowledge.
Complementary explanations can be translated.
Workshops :  Good practice of excel to do the exercises
Organization :  4 presencial sessions of 4 hours
Written notes :  Annual update of the syllabus available on Lol@. Notes are in english.
A large bibliography and webliography is annexed.
Assessment :  Written test deals with 3 questions selected by each student among a set of 5 questions based on the list included in the syllabus.
