| Course contents : | A great part of the working time of the engineers consists of management activities ( planning, organizing, managing human resource management). The course aims to provide to the students tools to be able to ensure these management activities. Beyond the informative objective, the aims are to prepare students to throw a critical glance on the multiple tools of management o organizations in order to make them ready to make their choices once than they will be on the labour market. |

| Course objective : | * to give some tools for the general comprehension of management (organization of work, structure, HRM, organisational culture);
* to identify basic competences of any manager: planning, controling and managing people;
* to know the reality of the companies and engineer job. |
