Course objective :  Design and implementation of a GIS in an organization
Data and proces modelling
Applications in vector and raster formats
Prerequisites :  - Databases
- Cartography
- Spatial Analysis
Workshops :  GIS design in UML

Integrated exercise: from the design of the data model to the creation of a spatial enabled database

Exercises dealing with spatial decision support in vector and raster modes
Organization :  - Sessions of 3 or 4 hours, including seminar/conferences
- 2d semester, intensive sessions (3 or 4 / week)

- Several lectures are given by scientifical staff

- Slides in PDF format available on a FTP server devoted to the students.
