Course contents :  Definition of biorefinery and white biotechnology.

Course objective :  Point out the potentialities of renewable ressources as an alternative to oil and the main processes involved
After completing the course the student is expected to
Be able to compare the valorization techniques of vegetal biomass to those of petrochemistry.
Have a good knowledge and capacity to apply the main technologies involved in developing a vegetal biorafinery.
