  • Statement of the various methods as regards to financial analysis

  • Diagnosis prior to valuation

Course objective :  The main objective is the understanding of the financial basis concepts in respect of the financial structure and health of a company. The other objective is to assess the value of a company
Prerequisites :  Deep knowledge of accounting principles
