2. The definition of survey and its position in the scientific research porcess
3. Methods and kinds of surveys
4. Conceiving of surveys and construction of questionnaires
5. Questionnaires analysis
6. Practical work and study cases
Course objective :  To present the process and methods of survey and survey questions
After completing the course the student is expected to
- define surveys objectives and hypotheses
- conceive and assess surveys and survey questions
- draw up an analytical framework for survey results
Assessment :  Written examination (50%)
Personal report (50%)
