Course contents :  In depth study of integrated analog and digital functions, testability, microfabrication technology, microsystem modelling, energy autonomy, packaging, industrial and biomedical case studies.
Course objective :  Fundamentals of design and modeling of integrated microsystems, in a multidisciplinary approach, from sensors to actuators and information processing.
Prerequisites :  basic electronics and physics.
Workshops :  case studies and talks by industrial collaborators.
