| Course contents : | The private comparative law lectures will change subject from year to year. Il will study a legal institution in several legal systems, usually starting with the roman law. |

| Course objective : | This course aims to help the students to become more familiar with foreign legal systems and to put Belgian law in perspective, in order to help them to become aware of the subjective choices made by the Belgian legal system, of the evolution of the legal science in Europe and in the World. |
