Course contents :  The course deals with corporation law. Belgian companies code is the main focus. What is a company? Which are the different types of companies? What are the conditions to create such an entity? How does it work? What are the rights of the shareholders? How can it be terminated, etc. Here are examples of the questions that will be studied.
Course objective :  The purpose of this course is to give students a good knowledge of the law applicable to companies, from their incorporation to their winding up, so that students will be able to further keepen their knowledge themselves.
Prerequisites :  The course requires the knowledge of obligations law.
