Course contents :  This "course" consists of small group sessions.
Course objective :  The exercices that students will have to prepare for each session aim at deeper learning of EU substantive law and greater autonomy of students in reasoning.
Prerequisites :  Students have to take the course on EU substantive law (taught in the same year). Basic knowledge of EU institutional law, enforcement mechanisms, is necessary.
Organization :  Workshop sessions are organised during the second term. They run in parallell to the EU substantive law course. Most sessions are sheduled at the end of second term, when students have already covered most of the course. Sessions are for small groups of stdents. Exercices will be available in advance via WebCT. Students will have to hand in their exercices in writing and be ready to discuss them in class.
Assessment :  Exercices prepared for the workshops do not count. They are meant to help learing. The exam is written. It consists of hypothetical cases of the same type as those proposed as exercices.
