Course contents :  The aim of the course, intended for non-jurists, is to describe, in it¿s broad outline, the legal status applicable to organisation and operation of economy. In this view, the course centers around an historic approach of the matter (from Antiquity until today).
Course objective :  The aim of the course is to provide the students with a theoretical knowledge (ex. : links with the underlying economic talkings and with some important matters of law theory), but also practical knowledge (ex : concrete practices of companies) to enable them to understand the stakes of the important contemporary economic evolutions. The aim is to enable them to situate their non-legal knowledge in relationship with the current talkings of « law makers » (legislator, judges, authors) on the organisation and operation of economy.
Organization :  The course will take place during the second semestre.
