Course contents :  The students, in groups of 20 , will be brought to write a note of jurisprudence, to analyze or comment an article of doctrines or a legal text that deals with one of the following matters: criminal law, constitutional law, compared law, private law, European Law.
The tutors are all experts.
Coordinateur : Antoinette GOSSELIN Mme Gosselin gives also 3 sessions of advices in methodology and writing. This 30 hours course is mandatory. The presence at the meetings and permanence is obligatory
Course objective :  Learn "to write".
Prerequisites :  Nothing
Workshops :  Three sessions of advices in writing.
Organization :  Choice of the matter and constitution of the groups: the student will be invited to indicate, by order of preference, the matter in which he wishes to do the work.
Meeting of information and distribution of work. Each lecturer will organize a explain to the students his expectations and desiderata.
Handing-over of work (1st version): the student will have to hand in his work to the Secretariat of the Dean on a fixed date.
Individual discussion with each student: each student will have to meet his lecturer individually in order to discuss the progress of his work and to integrate suggestions and improvements.
Correction of work (final version): on the basis of observations and remarks which will have been made to him by the lecturer, the student will be brought to correct his work and to provide a final version of his paper.
This 30 hours course is mandatory. The presence at the meetings and permanence is obligatory
Assessment :  The evaluation of the student will be based on the following elements : its written work (first version), its participation at the meetings and permanence, the way in which he will have integrated the comments of the lecturer in the correction of his work (final version).
Pursuant to Articles 4 and 6 § 2 § 2 General Exam, the student who has not filed two works and did not attend the interview is inadmissible 2nd session.
