Course contents :  The plan of course follows in a strict way, articles of the law of November 4, 1969 modified by the law of November 7, 1988. It is thus a question of developing the great following chapters:
Chapter 1: Application of the law and extraneous conventions to thus one
Chapter 2: Duration of a farming lease and methods to dismiss the lesser
Chapter 3 : Leases of long period ; lease of career and specific leave when the lesser reaches the age of the pension
Chapter 4 : Method of calculation the tenant farming and method of hiring of the goods belonging to CPAS
Chapter 5 : Method of constructions and works
Chapter 6 : Methods of lease transfer as well as sub-renting (consequences of sub-renting, simple lease transfer, preferential lease transfer)
Chapter 7 : Transfer lease because of death
Chapter 8 : Pre-emption law and sanctions in the event of non-observance of this one
Chapter 9 : Final measures
Course objective :  It is a question of seeing thoroughly, the whole of the law on the farming lease in its 56 articles and to comment on them, so that the students have of this, a thorough knowledge in law, based on the text itself, comments of doctrine, as well as precedent decisions, the whole being illustrated by very many cases exposed in the course.

At the conclusion of the course, the student must be able for a detailed and thorough reading of a legal text and to draw all the substance from it, including the « a contrario » consequences or by defect.
Prerequisites :  Complete knowledge of the general principles of the law (evidence law, distinction between owner and usufructuary, and so on...).

Written notes :  The text of the law is at the disposal of the students.
Assessment :  Oral examination (100%)
