Course contents :  The monitoring of the release is a bet made by the Society on the social rehabilitation of the delinquent. The course consider the psychological and social indicators of the social rehabilitation.

In the second time, because the evolution is seldom spontaneous, it seems useful to understand the strategies worked out by the delinquent in order to manage the imposed monitoring.

A detailed attention is given to the drafting of the reports to the Justice.

Exercises constitute a complement of methodology (about 10 hours).
Course objective :  - to understand the goals of criminal policy towards the delinquents

- to analyze the individual and social indicators which support the social adaptation

- to analyze the relational strategies of the delinquent

- to analyze the interventions of assistance and control

- to understand the deontologic and ethical stakes

- to return account to the legal authorities
Prerequisites :  The course is addressed to the students of 1st licence in criminology. It can be followed by students of licence in psychology but also by students of other sections or faculties after agreement of the teacher
