The first section will be based on a social theory of discourse and in-depth analysis of a range of commentary or editorial articles. It aims to shed light upon the mechanisms governing various instances of censorship or stereotyping. The second section, which will more actively involve the students, will deal with the effects of the global circulation of information. |
 |
| Course objective : | This course takes the form of an intensive research seminar covering a range of press articles but also books about the press.
