Course contents :  -analysis of the composition -hydrophobicity analysis -data banks -homology search -sequence alignments -detection of functional motifs -prediction of secondary structures -prediction of three-dimensional structures
Course objective :  Overview of the various methods for the analysis of protein sequences and practical applications. After completing the course the student is expected to The student should be able to choose the proper methods of genomic/proteic analysis.
