Course contents :  - Introduction : genetics and the organism.
- Structures, functions and organisation of genes.
- The support of genetic information in eucaryots.
- The chromosome theory of inheritance : mitosis, meiosis.
- The modifications of genetic material : genic, chromosomic and genomic mutations.
- The Mendelian analysis : principles and applications to haploid and euploid organisms.
- The development of the Mendelian analysis : relation between genes, linkage, sex-linked inheritance, cytoplasmic inheritance
- Introduction to quantitative genetics.
