| Course objective : | - Overview of the different available systems for the production of recombinant proteins in eukaryotic organisms.
- Understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of each system, so as to allow to select a system adapted to a specific protein and to a specific application. |

| Prerequisites : | Genetics and molecular biology (Biology BAC3 level). |

| Workshops : | No practicals. |
 |
| Organization : | Lectures organised in half-day sessions between February and April. Time table to be discussed with the different trainees. |
