| Course objective : | The course will be devoted to the structural and chemical properties of proteins. |

| Prerequisites : | Lectures in general biochemistry Thermodynamic and classical physic Organic chemistry |

| Workshops : | The practical course (20 hours) will be devoted to the production and chaacterisation of a zinc beta-lactamase. |
