| Course contents : | While the 1st year workshop relates essentially to exercises of structuring the subject in space, the 2nd year focuses on putting the emphasis upon the relationship between the body and the object and the body and space. |
| Course objective : | The form study workshop is an experimental laboratory of forms and forces, whose aim is to generate questions related to construction and creation. This is achieved through exercise, the obstacle against which the student's work is reflected, bringing together constraint and intervention, intuition and reflection, errors and solutions, the individual and the group ... |
| Organization : | Practical exercises in the workshop, in groups of around 20 students. Discussions, even personalised ones, are of interest to the whole group, and each individual will build their own approach based on dialogue with the teacher but also by looking at the different proposals coming from other participants. |
| Written notes : | Throughout the workshop students will be directed, depending on the exercise in question, towards research in other fields such as sculpture, theatre, photography, nature ... |
| Assessment : | Continuous assessment: each exercise will give rise to an individual grade. The breakdown of points will be set in terms of the programme at the start of the year. The overall final grade will be defined at the end of the last exercise. |
