Course contents :  The purpose of this course is to provide the theoretical basis required to understand the heat and mass exchange processes in the building with a focus on the applications.
Course objective :  To provide the theoretical basis required to analyse the heat and mass exchange processes in the building

To present the different possible modelling approaches

To demonstrate techniques on selected examples
Prerequisites :  Fundamentals of heat and mass transfers and thermodynamics
Workshops :  Each theoretical lecture is followed by a practical period to apply the theoretical developments and based upon real building projects.
Organization :  2nd semester : a half-day divided into 2h theory and 2h exercise.
Written notes :  Copy of the slides available. Syllabus in preparation.
Assessment :  Oral
