| Course contents : | The evolution of production systems: - Biological farming; - Soil tillage reduction; - Interculture management; - Non-food productions; - Traceability and contract production. The constrains: - Agrienvironmental measure and ecoconditionality; - Climate changes and greenhouse gases; - The reduction of pesticide use; Evaluation systems for sustainability The relations between crops and livestocks productions. |

| Course objective : | - Put the crops in their economical, environmental, social and legislation contexts; - Describe the relationships and interactions among the crop and the environment on the one hand and livestock productions on the other hand. After completing the course the student is expected to - Understand the evolution of agriculture; - Reason the procedures for implementation of crop production on the scale of the farm in terms of internal and external constrains; - Develop an objective reflection on current crop productions. |
