| Aperçu général : | This course consists of a more in-depth look at "in-class research" carried out by participants in the Formasup programme in the PESU0017-4 course. It targets participants who are genuinely attracted by the rigour of a documented research approach. |
| Objectif du cours : | To develop participants' research skills, including how to ask a research question, how to document this question, how to collate data within one's own class, analysis and presentation/discussion. |
| Organisation : | The course takes the form of seminars, depending on the number of participants. By the end of the course, and depending on how far advanced their research is, participants will present their research questions, their instruments, treatment and discussion of their results. They will benefit from feed-back from the group and teaching staff. This should redirect them and assist them in their work.
Please note that a minimum of five participants is required for this course to take place. |
| Evaluation : | Drafting a research article, following instructions and requirements given during the on-line course. This article should be publishable in a scientific journal or in the papers of a pedagogical conference.
This course amounts to 10% of the end-of-programme grade. A minimum grade of 10 on 20 is required to pass the course.
If you undertake Formasup in 2 years, optional courses with a grade under 10/20 obtained in year 1 cannot be retaken in year 2. |
