| Aperçu général : | The English course for incoming Erasmus students aims at sharpening the students' comprehension of spoken English and improving their knowledge of the business lexicon through genuine audio documents. |
 |
| Objectif du cours : | To understand business lectures in English and take notes efficiently, students must become familiar with recurrent patterns in formal oral English, stop translating the information they hear and develop a number of strategies that will enable them to become proficient listeners and note-takers in a L2. The objective of the course is to provide students with the keys to understand native speakers (conferences, speeches, debates, formal presentations). These will enable them to better follow the courses in the Full-English HEC course programme. |
