Presentation

The Complementary Masters in General Dentistry prepares students to practice independently in general dentistry.
This training has a 250-hour theoretical part including a common-core syllabus with various complementary masters in dental science, and a 1250-hour clinical dentistry part in the form of an internship to exercise independently in integrated dentistry.
The programme complies with the criteria of approval to obtain the professional title of general dentist, in accordance with the RD of 29 March 2002.

Access conditions

  • Holding a degree in Dental Science or a Masters in Dental Science and being qualified to practice in Belgium.
  • Being in possession of official evidence of the selection test for the specific training in General Dentistry provided by the Faculty of Medicine that awarded the degree or Masters.


Duration

  • One year.
