Course contents :  The course is divided into two large parts. The first part deals with external evaluation, i.e. a constructed process, which is limited in time and leads to an evaluation report. The objectives of this approach, its limitations, the various stakeholders, the methods used and conditions for success ... will be addressed through concrete examples. The second part deals with internal evaluation, i.e. all the tools which a public organisation uses to evaluate the results of the policies which it has put into place.
Course objective :  The aim of the course is to present a range of tools used to evaluate the establishment of public policy.

Organization :  Guest speakers from various fields will shed light on the subject from their own experiences.
Written notes :  Course notes will be placed on-line during the course.
