| Course contents : | During the first year of the masters degree, all students will go on a placement worth 12 credits in a workplace where they can acquire and try out human resources management skills / expertise in the domain of work science.
The seminar aims to support students in their search for a placement and in their experience during the placement. Finally, the seminar helps students to structure their placement report. |

| Course objective : | The seminar has two objectives. On the one hand, it offers ways to understand the placement from a methodological point of view. On the other hand, it offers students a longitudinal follow-up of their fieldwork. |
|
| Organization : | The seminars will be organised according to the themes dealt with, in the form of seminars based on contents or discussion sessions.

| Written notes : | The regulations for the placement as well as other documents will be distributed during the sessions. A text portfolio will be available during the 1st semester |
