Course contents :  Various themes related to current work psychology trends are discussed : skills based remuneration, mobility, safety behaviors in stressful situations, perceived discrimination and sense of justice into selection process, and so on.
Course objective :  The objective of this course is to encourage students to learn and share actual topics in work psychology. The choice of the topics will be guided by themes often discussed in the newspapers and associations of work and organisational psychologists. The objective is also to help students to have a critical view on new topics.
Workshops :  Each student must chose one theme. This theme is deepened (literature and current events research), an oral presentation is required .
Organization :  This seminar will include at least 5 presentations. Each session will focus on a particular topic presented by a student. A debate will be organised after each presentation.
Written notes :  The PPT files of the presenters will be available for the students.
Assessment :  The final assessment takes into account oral presentation and a written report of 10 pages (summary and critical look on the addressed issue).
