| Course contents : | These practical assignments (which are optional) consist in participating in a weekend of "Awareness of group phenomena", during which students will be divided into small groups. Under the leadership of a "group dynamist", students will carry out a series of structured exercises giving them the personal experience of the main group phenomena and the skills requierd for analysing the impact of their own behaviour on how the group operates. This practical work will be the subject of a written report which will form the basis of establishing a grade for the practical work. |
 |
| Course objective : | 1. To acquire personal experience of joining a small group in a "training laboratory" situation. 2. To examine the professional opportunities posed by group dynamics. 3. To develop a critical approach to group dynamics, as well as the theories and practices associated with it. |
