Course contents :  The students must conceive and animate in groups of the activities of formation relating to the contents for which they are responsible. More precisely, the contents considered relate to the approach by competences on the various levels of teaching (pre-school, primary, secondary inferior) and seek to answer the following questions:

- What approach by competences on this level of teaching?

- How to develop a requiring level of training in each child without increasing the inequalities?

- How to prepare the future teachers with work by competences?
Course objective :  To adapt the matter by making the synthesis

· analysis of prescribed

· theoretical research

· interviews of 2 psychopédagogues and 2 professionals of ground

To facilitate the appropriation by others of It (didactic transposition similar to that which will have to be exploited like trainer):

· to put the school-fellows in situation to live an activity which could be carried out with young adults in High School

· to check comprehension by the school-fellows of the fundamental concepts,

· to engage a reflection on the role of trainer of teacher.
Prerequisites :  P157 - Didactic professional and initial training of the teachers (partim 1)
Workshops :  Practical work is intended to assist in the elaboration and implementation, in collaboration with student trainers, of training activities related to course themes.
Organization :  The course proceeds in the form of 8 one 3 hours duration meetings each one, including theoretical framing, the presentations of the students and the return of training course.

The practical part is relating to the preparation of the work of group in residence or on the ground.
Written notes :  The notes of course are made up

- legal references relating to the set of themes considered (décret Missions, contrat pour l'école, Circulaire concernant la formation des instituteurs et des régents, Socles de compétences, Programmes des différents réseaux,...)

- theoretical framework of reference of Didactic professional: Beckers, J. (2007). Compétences et identité professionnelles : l'enseignement et autres métiers de l'interaction humaine. Bruxelles : De Boeck.

- complementary theoretical supports melting the work of each group.
Assessment :  The evaluation of the course is made up

- of a note allotted to the quality of the preparation and research task

- of a note allotted to the management of the meeting of course: setting in situation and clearness of the explanations
