| This course presents the key notions derived from management control and from quality management that appear to be essential to manage an hospital pharmacy. |

| This course intends to present the main characteristics of the information, decision and control systems usually implemented within organization and to link these characteristics with the requirements of the quality management system generally implemented in an hospital pharmacy. |
