Course contents :  The methodology of this class is based on a triple approach:

1. Theoretical approach covering the principles, best practices and search of optimization on the basic topics of the logistics in an international field;

2. Exercises to be realized during the lectures;

3. Exercises to be realized in small teams.

The lectures are in english.
Course objective :  This program must help to understand the numerous implications of the logistics in an international field.
The topics include 1) the logistics inside the supply chain; 2) the products logistics; 3) the commercial transaction; 4) Import / Export procedures; 5) MRP, Inventory and warehouse management; 6) Transportation; 7) Dangerous products; 8) Foodstuffs logistics;9) Packaging and marking; 10) Distributics; 11) e-Logistics; 12 Humanitarian Logistics; 13) Sustainable Logistics; 14) Logistics Dashboard .....
Prerequisites :  Marketing ans sales basics.
Workshops :  Utilization of excel to realize the exercises
Organization :  6 presencial sessions of 4 hours
Written notes :  Updated annually; available on the HEC-ULg / LoL@ 2 weeks before the first lesson.
The syllabus is in english.
Assessment :  Oral test on theoretical concepts and on the process to realize exercises
