| Course contents : | 1. Theoretical course:
Introduction to the Relational Databases of Codd.
The relational algebra and the normal forms.
Introduction to the DataBases Management Systems, MySQL DBMS.
Introduction to the SQL language:
DATA DEFINITION LANGUAGE (DDL), DATA MANIPULATION LANGUAGE (DML) and QUERIES.
Introduction to the PHP scripts language.
Design of a PHP-MySQL dynamic website.
Examples of applications in management and exercices.
2. E-learning:
Research on Internet : To be able to effectively carry out the stages of a research on Internet aiming an informational need.
3. Project in group:
The students will realize a project of dynamical websirte in PHP-MySQL, and will write a report on this work. |
