| Course objective : | Teaching the fondamental concepts of fluid mechanics and their emprirical complements used in engineering applications on fluids. Allow the students to understand the working principle of a turbomachine After completing the course the student is expected to 1. Understand what determines the behavior of a fluid to rest or in movement. 2. Identify and to calculate the solicitations exercised by a fluid on its environment. 3. Calculate the debit provided by a determined installation. 4. Design an installation distributing a fluid, according to the needs. |
