Course objective :  To initiate the students to the principles of management by dealing successively with financial, organization and human resource problems.
After completing the course the student is expected to
Understand the organization of company and functioning of this different systems
Criticize structure and evolution of the balance sheet and of the accounts of a company
Measure performances of a company
Grasp the set of problems of the cash management of the company
Conceive and estimate the various steps of the creation of a company
