| Course contents : | - Building objectives, bioclimatism, active and passive means - State of the art, climatology and building physics, zero energy buildings - pollutants and microorganism effet : biological, physical and chemical pollutants, risk evaluation - Thermical, vantilation, visual and accoustic needs - Thermical confort : Physical basis et pratical calculation - Air quality : Natural ventilation, climatisation - Protection against humidity - Lightning quality : natural and artificial lightning - accoustical environment : indoor acoustics , acoustical isolation - diagnostic and performance evaluation: Thermical, permeability, air flow, air quality, acoustics, lightning, de consommation énergétiquenergetic consumption, Energetic performance - Energetic management: sensor and atuators, régulation systems, simulation, environmental aspects |

| Course objective : | The course aims to form students to the construction methods and technical means needed to bring occupants comfort and health while keeping environmental impacts of the building low and preserving natural resources. After completing the course the student is expected to After completion, the students must be able to deal with calculation, control and certification missions in relation with energetic performance and environmental impact of buildings |
