| Course objective : | Sustainable management of tropical dry region vegetation
After completing the course the student is expected to
·Be familiar with the main tree species uses.
·Be able to manage human impacts on the vegetation: fire management, logging, non-timber forest products harvesting.
·Be able to implement management plans.
·Be able to implement regeneration techniques.
·Be able to manage nurseries.
·Be able to propose anti-erosive techniques. |
