Course contents :  Presentation of the environmental assessment methods
Eco-label,
Environmental impact assessment,
Life cycle assessment,

Environmental audit (EMAS and ISO 14000),
Environmental indicators,
Ecological footprint.
Course objective :  To introduce the various environmental assessment methods and to initiate to they use.
After completing the course the student is expected to
1. Choose the suitable method of environmental assessment and to identify the limits of it.
2. Initiate an environmental assessment.
Workshops :  Compute an ecological footprint
