Course contents :  This course aims at providing the students in the profession of notary with complementary knowledge in the Law of Property, such as the co-ownership in appartments buildings, surface right and emphyteosis.
Course objective :  This course aims at implementing the basic knowledge in the Law of Property in order to develop search and analysis skills, but also creative minding.
Prerequisites :  Law of property. 3 bac
Organization :  Ex cathedra lessons.One lesson/week, first semester.
Written notes :  code civil and other legal dispositions are necessary. Detailled plan.
