| Course contents : | This course aims at providing the students in the profession of notary with complementary knowledge in the Law of Property, such as the co-ownership in appartments buildings, surface right and emphyteosis. |

| Course objective : | This course aims at implementing the basic knowledge in the Law of Property in order to develop search and analysis skills, but also creative minding. |
