Course contents :  This course is a continuation of the fundamental course on Property law teached in the third year of the LLB. It is covering the following topics: co-ownership of appartements buildings, the main legal easements, suface right and emphyteosis.
Course objective :  The course not only aims at acquiring supplementary knowledge in the law of Property, but above all at implementing basic principles studied previously in order to develop search and analysis skills.
Prerequisites :  Law of property, 3 Bac.
Organization :  Ex cathedra lessons. Two lessons/week, second semester.
Written notes :  code civil and other legal dispositions are necessary. Detailled plan.
Assessment :  Oral exam.
