Course contents :  Water section:
- Composition and contamination of natural (rain, underground, surface) waters
- Evolution of microorganisms in waters
- Main hydric diseases
- Drinking water production
- Disinfection of waters
Soil section:
- Roles of the micro-organisms in the structure of the grounds;
- Microbial groups of the ground
- Roles of the micro-organisms in matters cyles;
- The rhizospher and PGPR.
Course objective :  Presentation of the microbiological qualities of the various types of water according to their uses.
