Course objective :  Integrate unit operations of chemistry in a global and applicable process
After completing the course the student is expected to
be able to calculate yields and mass balance-sheet, to conceive experiences in order to attain these objectives, to manage a team project , to restitute its work and analyse it.
Prerequisites :  -- BI203 - Food and agro-food engineering
