The more theoretical moments of the course will clarify the concepts, which will be used as grid of analysis of the professional practice of the candidates.
Group works, made up on the basis of the trades to which candidates CAPAES prepare their students (rather than according to the disciplinary formations of origin), will make it possible to concretize their approaches in the professional contexts of each one. |
 |
| Course objective : | This course particularly sticks to develop competences 5 and 6 of the decree defining the CAPAES namely: "to anchor the contents and the steps in the professional reality aimed by the formation" and "to accompany the students in their trainings so much theoretical which practical like in the construction industry by their community project".
A reflection carried out around the contribution of each candidate to the professionnalisant device set up within its HE will be started during the meetings of course.
The various courses will highlight the need for taking into account the exercise of the trade to which the candidates form: its sociological context, the reality of the situations of work, the activity of the professionals of ground,...
They will also work the importance to wonder about the way in which the students acquire the progressive control of a professional situation with all its components: how one learns by and for the action and how to take care of a progressive interiorization of these trainings by the students.
Moreover, the candidates will be brought to carry a critical glance on the way in which they accompany their students in their identity construction. |
 |
| Workshops : | Various work will be requested from the candidates throughout the formation.
- Initially, a critical analysis of the contexts of exercises of the trade will be proposed. The candidates will be invited to reflect on the various contexts in which the trade to which they form can be exerted. Following this first analysis, the candidates will be invited to carry out a meet-discussion with two professionals of the trade to which they form.
- The second work will be proposed to the candidates. The objective will be to identify the representations which their students have of the trade to which they are formed and how they are projected there. Information will make it possible to the candidates to start a process of reflection on the development of the professional identity.
- Lastly, a work writes final will be required. It will be based on the exchanges carried out during the courses.
The candidate will be invited to identify how it can, according to his place in the device already set up within his High School to contribute to the identity professional construction of his students. |
 |
| Organization : | The course is organized around four working sessions (+ theoretical 1:30 of course and + 1:30 of working session in sub-group with an assistant).
An optional meeting will be proposed to the candidates in the form of a permanence (on go) making it possible to the candidates to put questions about the courses or the feedbacks of their work. |
 |
| Written notes : | The notes of course will be gradually put at the disposal of candidates on the site of the IFRES.
In the same way, the "dias" supports of the PowerPoint presentations will be available 7 days before the course on this same site. |
 |
| Assessment : | The candidates will be invited to carry out various work of questioning and of reflection and to give us a work writes final synthesizing the reflections carried out throughout the year.
This written work will be the individualized feedback object.
