Course contents :  DNA:structure,replication,molecular hybridization,recombinant DNA,PCR,sequencing,chromatin structure,repair mechanisms.
Course objective :  A study of the genome
After completing the course the student is expected to
understand basic knowledge linked to structure and functioning of DNA.
Prerequisites :  Basic knowledge in general and organic chemistry
