| Course contents : | * The culture of a root plant: sugar beet: industrial plant * The culture of a vegetative propagation plant: potato * The fodder production: - Permanent pasture; - Temporary Pasture. |

| Course objective : | Go more thoroughly into the study of the influence of the cultural technics on their integration in technical ways of different crop species in temperate regions. After completing the course the student is expected to - Reason production processes of vegetal species of temperate regions, taking into account their biology and their products finality (food, feed and non-food use); - Analyse for these plants the cultural technics in terms of economical, efficiency, products finality and reducing environmental risks. |
